Safe. Supportive. Creative. Empowering.
I work integratively, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. My approach is rooted in both professional training and personal understanding. Having lived with Complex PTSD, I bring a depth of empathy that only real experience can offer. Using a blend of counselling models - including Person-centred, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic and Creative therapies so that our work together fits your unique needs.
My approach includes, but not limited to:
- Trauma informed talk therapy
- Inner Child & Parts work
- Somatic (body-based) awareness
- Optional therapeutic photography
Whether you choose verbal therapy, photography, or a blend of both, our work will always be rooted in trust, consent, and a deep respect for you and your process.
I am a registered accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society

I believe in the power of connection, compassion, and courage. Reaching out for help is the first brave step— and I'm here to walk alongside you.
Let's explore how healing and creativity can come together for you.
My Approach
Healing Through Story - Counselling & Photography
Trauma-informed support and creative expression for adult survivors of childhood trauma and abuse.
I'm also a creative photographer & I work with adult survivors of childhood trauma and abuse, offering a safe, supportive space to heal and reconnect with your sense of self.
Alongside traditional counselling, l offer creative counselling and photography as gentle, empowering tools for self-expression and reclaiming your story.
I'm trained in trauma-informed approaches, with a deep commitment to holding space for survivors. My own healing journey and creative background in photography led me to integrate these two paths - allowing clients to process, express, and transform their experiences in their own time and way.
Why Photography?
Photography can be a powerful mirror — a way to be seen, to tell your story without words, to reclaim your body, your image, your truth. Sometimes there just aren't the words.
During my own recovery, I used creative therapies including photography to express how I was feeling. Starting with self portraits and selfies, I continued to share my journey through portraits of other people on similar journeys. Photography is not dissimilar to Art in that using a camera is quite simply 'painting with light'.
